About DMB Matrimonial & Family Law, P.C.

Trusted Guidance. Thoughtful Strategy. Exceptional Advocacy.

At DMB Matrimonial & Family Law, P.C., we understand that family law matters are about far more than legal issues—they are about your children, your finances, your home, and your future.

Whether you are navigating divorce, negotiating a prenuptial agreement, facing a custody dispute, or responding to an ACS investigation, you deserve more than legal advice. You deserve an attorney who will help you understand your options, develop a thoughtful strategy, and guide you through every step of the process with confidence.

Our firm is built on the belief that informed clients make better decisions. We take the time to explain the law, provide practical guidance, and develop legal strategies tailored to each client's unique goals and circumstances.

Whether your matter is resolved through negotiation or litigation, our commitment remains the same: to provide exceptional legal representation while helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a plan.

Meet Danielle Montalto-Bly

Danielle Montalto-Bly has devoted her legal career exclusively to matrimonial and family law. Before founding DMB Matrimonial & Family Law, P.C. in 2020, she spent more than a decade representing clients in divorce and family law matters throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Her commitment to this work began while attending New York Law School, where she volunteered with Sanctuary for Families, assisting survivors of domestic violence as they navigated the legal system. That experience reinforced a philosophy that continues to shape her practice today: legal representation should not only protect a client's rights—it should provide trusted guidance during one of life's most challenging transitions.

Today, Danielle represents clients in a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters, including:

  • Divorce

  • Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements

  • Child Custody and Parenting Time

  • Child Support

  • Spousal Maintenance

  • Property Division and Equitable Distribution

  • Family Offense Proceedings

  • Post-Judgment Matters

  • OCFS Indication Appeals arising from ACS investigations

Known for her thoughtful preparation, practical advice, and strategic advocacy, Danielle works closely with clients to help them understand the legal process, make informed decisions, and pursue solutions that protect what matters most.

A Thoughtful Approach to Family Law

No one expects to need a family law attorney.

When clients walk through our doors, they are often facing uncertainty, difficult decisions, and significant life changes. Our role is to replace uncertainty with understanding by providing honest advice, responsive communication, and a legal strategy tailored to each client's goals.

We believe the strongest attorney-client relationships are built on trust. By combining strategic advocacy with practical guidance, we help clients navigate the legal system with confidence and move forward with a clear plan for the future.
